Japanese Professor Tomio Mizokami attempted translation of Sri Japji Sahib, here is a short interview clip with him discussing in Punjabi. In another interview, Mizokami-san confesses that he learned Punjabi not to converse and speak to others but to read literature and Guru Granth Sahib. It took him 3 years to learn. He states that he finds peace of mind at Gurdwara Sahib.
